The Band
Taylon Floyd and The Wild Echoes is a dynamic blues and soul-infused band formed in 2023, rooted in the vibrant music scene of New Orleans. Led by Taylon Floyd, the band brings an upbeat, soulful vibe that merges heartfelt rhythms with high-energy performances. Taylon reunited with longtime collaborators Chad Oliver on drums and Louis Karpinski on bass, both of whom were part of Taylon’s very first musical project, The Hacks of The Maze, a local New Orleans band.
The sound of The Wild Echoes is rounded out by the fresh tones of guitarist Lee Foersterling and the lush keys of Russell Pevey, creating a unique blend of blues, soul, and groove that captures the spirit of New Orleans while offering something entirely their own. Whether playing local venues or setting the stage for bigger audiences, Taylon Floyd and The Wild Echoes are all about delivering music that moves you—inside and out.
